The Good, the Bad, and the Flights: The Trip Itself: We had an absolutely amazing time! Everything worked out beautifully, and we are so glad we went. The Air Canada Hurdle: To be completely honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Air Canada-they always seem to have some sort of delay or issues. We did experience a bit of a layover/delay on this trip. However, they were very accommodating and took care of us with hotel arrangements and vouchers, so it wasn't a major spoiler. Heads Up On Hotel Fees: Just as a minor note for future travelers, we did have to pay a local city/hotel tax of about $50+ at check-in, which we hadn't anticipated. Customer Service at its Best: What really set this experience apart was Alesia's service. The constant check-ins, her quick answers to all of our questions, and her genuine care made us feel completely supported the entire time. You have been absolutely amazing to work with! What's Next? We are already back at work and feeling great, but we are definitely ready to start planning the next one! We'll be hitting you up again very soon to book a closer getaway-likely to Mexico. “I had never been to Disney before, and at 57 years old, I wasn’t able to ride many of the attractions—but the experience itself, and especially the joy on my grandkids’ faces, made the trip incredibly special. Having a day-by-day itinerary was a game-changer for me. I’d never traveled with a true itinerary before (usually it’s just gas station stops), so knowing what to expect each day made everything feel easy and stress-free. I also had never used a travel advisor before, and knowing the full cost upfront made what could have felt like an overwhelming expense much more manageable.
